1891 Pinal Courthouse
Concord completed the restoration of a 25,000 sf American-Victorian courthouse listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Work included repointing and brick replacement, retrofitting original windows with insulated glass, and restoring the grand staircase, courtroom, and original woodwork. Interior renovations added modern offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and updated mechanical and electrical systems. This award-winning project received the 2013 Governor’s Heritage Preservation Grand Prize and Arizona Forward’s Crescordia Award for Historic Preservation.
