Concord proudly delivered the award-winning historic rehabilitation of the iconic Fox Theatre, originally built in 1929 and located in the heart of downtown Tucson. This intricate renovation balanced preservation and modernization, restoring the beloved Art Deco landmark to its former glory while upgrading it to meet today’s performance and safety standards.

Key elements of the project included the remanufacturing of original acoustical materials, structural retrofitting of the roof, and a complete overhaul of the 1920s-era air handling system. The team also meticulously reconstructed historic interior painting details and modernized various building systems—all while preserving the theatre’s unique architectural character.
