Description
This comprehensive campus rebuild for Kiser Elementary School was completed in four phases on a fully occupied site.
- Phase 1 introduced new site utility infrastructure and a brand-new preschool and elementary school building.
- In Phase 2, we constructed a new middle school, followed by selective demolition, a new playground, and basketball courts.
- Phase 3 included a modern cafeteria/gymnasium with a new kitchen, as well as an updated admin and media center. Finally, Phase 4 added a new transportation center and a renovated campus pool with a new locker room facility.
As part of our community commitment, we also partnered with Kiser Elementary for the Future City national competition, mentoring students as they designed a disaster-resilient city 100 years into the future. Our team supported them in model building, research, essay writing, and presentation prep—an inspiring and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
