Roosevelt Water Conservation District

Description

This ground-up construction project for the Roosevelt Water Conservation District (RWCD) included new administration offices and shop/maintenance buildings designed to support the district’s essential operations. The scope also featured extensive site improvements, including on-site parking and critical off-site infrastructure work such as water, sewer, power, gas, and the addition of a dedicated turn lane for improved access. A unique element of the project was the integration and coordination of flood irrigation piping and channels—an essential function of RWCD’s mission. This project highlights our team’s ability to manage complex utility work while delivering high-performance facilities tailored to the needs of public service operations.
