Concord is proud to have helped bring the Vail Innovation Center to life—a modern, flexible space designed to support student growth and creativity.
We started with four modular classroom units, built and upgraded offsite with new walls, lighting, flooring, bathrooms, and electrical systems. Once complete, we moved them to the school, joined them together, and created one large, functional building.
Onsite, we connected the new space to water, power, and sewer systems, upgraded fire safety features, and improved landscaping, sidewalks, and fencing to blend seamlessly with the existing campus.
The result? A clean, connected, and inspiring place where learning can thrive.
